Run locally
After repository setup, generate the offline evidence and start its local server:
make demo
Open http://127.0.0.1:8000/demo.html to inspect the recorded stages. The demo uses a separate synthetic site and leaves the published benchmark files unchanged.

Verified behaviour
These are deterministic mocked responses and simulated costs. They demonstrate pipeline behavior; they are not measurements of commercial search APIs.
